DAY 34

NOT A CLOUD IN THE SKY

Welcome to "the new Howies"

Here we are back at the gym again-2 days in a row

As you can see one of us can't stop talking & the other is dying.





Well it seems when you workout things change a little!

The new Howies had poached eggs on low fat high fibre toast embellished with fresh fruit.
followed by a course of vitamins right out of the jar.

After breky it was off to town for a few fabulous hours of shopping.(the highlite of the day)

On the way we saw these rocks that look like they are going to roll down the hill & kill everyone.

At Wally's we finally found a small printer we had been looking for.We also got new wine glasses as someone has been smashing ours.Hoity Toity doesn't drink wine from plastic.I think we should get metal ones.

Then it was off to Vons for grub

Of course this shopping is done in no time at all because someone does not read every label on every product in the store!

Finally we are back home & into the pool after another exhausting stressful day.

Where did everybody go?

Do I have bad breath?

Do I stink?
