DAY 183 Thursday March 19th,2009

HOME

Day 182 Over the Border

Yesterday we travelled 613 miles & today 638.
That's pretty good for me over a thousand kilometers per day

We got out of the snow & had an excellent trip.

We cleared the border with no problems & then on to LA where we spent the nite in a Peavy Mart Parking lot.

LA is Leduc AB(but you all knew that

It's below zero & there is snow around.

We are not happy campers.

DAY 181 ST Patricks Day

So we got a camp site last nite cause the puppies were tired after travelling all day on the das

Today I saw snow I could touch.
And that would be the first time since probably last April
Feeling sorry for me yet?

So we spent the nite at a flying J

DAY 180

Well we left at the crack of 10 am & headed through Arizona,then California,Nevada &
Over the mighty Virgin River

Into UTAH

Nice trip no problems right into Beaver where we are spending the night.

(Everybody likes to spend the night in Beaver)

It was 17 at 6pm but as we are at 6,000 ft it may dip to 0

We shall see.(it's no Lake Havasu)

DAY 179 Last day in Paradise

We did not do a lot our last day.

Packed up & all.

So it's official.
IT'S SPRING BREAK IN LAKE HAVASU.

We rent a boat & load up our chick magnets & head out for the day.

Yes of course we took beer

We enter the channel & a few boats we see

Twas a quiet Friday!

We sat on the beach & watched the
boats go in & out of the channel

Oh ya We drank some beer

And the sun set again.

We think Spring Break may start tomorrow.

Oh Dear

Some people come here for spring break.

Others for the housing.
Some for the burgers.

Some to catch a few rays.

Some hunt sharks.

Others fly shit

A few even for the carved signs.

Free Red Bull

Fill up the boat.

Lots come to party.

Some to break down.

Cops like to take pictures.

Some like to pose.

And pose.

Some even like to pick up stuff.

Steady there Sonny,don't get too excited.

Some to drive their side by sides.

Some to sell crap.

Some to look at the pictures on the boats.

Others like to Jump.

We even have bikers
